Skyvance LLC ("Skyvance," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through the contact form on skyvancellc.com, why we collect it, how it's used, and your rights regarding that information.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

Name
Email address
Company (optional)
Your message and the category of interest you select

We also automatically process limited technical information (such as IP address and request metadata) through our hosting and spam-prevention providers, solely to operate and secure the form.

Purpose of collection

We use the information you submit to:

Respond to your inquiry about consulting, software development, staffing, or AscendPrep
Maintain a record of business correspondence
Protect the form against spam and abuse

We do not use contact-form submissions for advertising profiling.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate this website and deliver contact-form submissions, including a hosting/CDN provider (Vercel) and a transactional email provider (Resend), and optionally a bot-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

Retention

We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business need (for example, an active client or candidate relationship).

Security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We limit access to contact-form data to personnel who need it to respond to inquiries, and we do not log sensitive form content in general-purpose application logs.

We do not sell your information

Skyvance LLC does not sell contact-form personal information, as "sell" is commonly understood under applicable privacy law.

Your privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you've submitted to us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing santhosh@skyvancellc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
